You mean as in lasting longer? I have an opposite problem lately actually I usually last longer then im able to cope with what i mean is that often after say 30-40 minutes of intense act im exhausted but still nowhere near finnished...guess i need to do go running more frequently....

but yea i wished there was some kind of training to do to last longer, i think overall eating healthy + working out makes you get it up easier + stronger erections but does nothing for lasting longer... atleast i haven't been doing much aerobic stuff which is why i asked

tbh ideally ide want sex to be like i was 18 again, having like a 1minute refraction time but sadly its more like an hr now at the age of 25

Gonna need some motivation to go gym, my mate that i went to the gym with told me today that he was gonna quit the gym near our place because he has a gym at work and we haven't gone for a while.

Most of my motivation would stem from going with him, it was very helpful, but now i have to find my own motivation, gl me.

The motivation feeds itself. I've been busy the past couple of weeks and have really slacked off. As a result, my energy has been down and I've felt crappy the last few days. This morning I had a great workout and my mood has done a complete 180. Going to squeeze in a quick run or workout tonite. And I know this will be a great week cus I won't be slacking off, looking for excuses not to go.

so doctor told me my wrist injury is probably just a tendon strain so wait a week or so b4 resuming training

i was going to stop db squating as well but tbh i just looked in a proper mirror & noticed the results in my quads, so yea im just going to be more careful cause i like the gains im getting

Once you're used to the training it shouldn't be a problem imo. I probably wouldn't be doing intense weight sessions while training hard in the other disciplines though because your recovery will take a hit. Weights is more an off-season thing I'd say, build your strength over the winter then do a couple of light sessions per week in race season to maintain. I wanted to do that this year but I gave up lifting in about March because I needed to spend more time on the other training. Will get back in the gym after September and spend the winter lifting.

If it's weight loss you're after, you need to get your diet in order first. Running will have negligible effect if you're still consuming too many calories.

Cool, I only said that because most people think that getting out running a couple of times a week will make the weight melt off, but what they don't realise is that a couple of runs will generally burn off a few hundred calories, which they usually just take straight back on with a cake and a sugary drink after the run!

Do you know how to calculate your calorie requirements and how to work out and track calories consumed?
