honestly, i didn't experience as much of an increase in motivation as i hoped i might. i do think i was more productive and it was definitely a positive experience. i think my mindset has been really good this month but it's hard to determine how much of that is correlated with not fapping. similarly, my poker results have been really good this month but i've played <20k hands, so i can't really say if it helped or not with certainty or exactly how much it helped.
for the first ~week and a half i didn't get any urges to fap, even when i saw something that would usually make me want to fap. e.g. i could appreciate how hot girls were without thinking about anything more than that.
a couple of weeks into the month i actually had a wet dream
and it started to get significantly harder.

except it's nothing at all like that. reaching SNE in a month is something that would require essentially every waking moment of your life for an entire month (if it were even possible,) while not fapping for a month is just exercising some self control whenever you feel an urge to do so. it should not require you to be spending all of your time, every single day on that single task, like getting SNE would. not sure why you think it's impossible. people have done 90+ day challenges successfully.
edit: btw, miley > swift but neither of them are that great
