Um the boards not exactly draw heavy and he's showing a lot of strength, what draws does a 23/13 raise this flop with?

Not concerned about the 16 combos of 7x/AK he can have here?

if he's got AsKs for example, then I don't expect for him to call any non spade a or k card otr - there are not many draws, but why should we call? I can't see how can he fold after our raise anyway, if he does not fold he won't bet again otr a card that does not help him

Of course he can. It happens all the time. Villain gets to the river, realises he can only win by bluffing so shoves.

Raising the turn here gets him to fold the hands that you are ahead of and continue with the hands that you're behind.

I haven't been on the forums for awhile but pretty shocked at the amount of fps and pure spew.

Every 2nd post is some noob with 24 posts playing at 2/5nl and absolutely levelling themselves.

op didn't raise the flop he got raised when oop. I would call raise on the flop but when passive villain pots turn it's a pretty clear fold at 2nl...

i wouldn´t even argue with you if you would have folded that flop to be honest. you are oop. AK is very well in his range. it´s 2nl and he raises you big. a 7x hand is not really in his range, but neither it´s in your range. it´s really that simple imo.

I posted this hand because I was doubting (tilting too)was it actually a good play to get money in here, felt okay doing it against this particular opponent at the time, if I'll have an opportunity to do it again I wouldn't
