AA 3bets preflop, basically he either has QQ or 1010 or has a jack. WIth qq he will be betting river himself when you check so you won`t loose value. I will check/call this river.

I think its a fold on the river. Villain seems like a solid player according to his stats and I just don't think he decides to shove on the river with any bluffs. It seems like he would understand SDV and would call on the river if he had QQ. Has he really called two streets only to raise you on river as a bluff? The only thing he has in his range that get to the river are missed heart draws and depending on your image id say he just folds those to your bet considering that any pocket pair you have trumps his flush due to the three jacks.

Only way I see it as a bluff if is he has tilted and shoves with 66 or 33 in light of his set being ruined. But this is unlikely.

I like your bet sizing. Betting the turn is probably the right decision but there is some case to be made for perhaps checking it as you are likely either way ahead or way behind. With an aggression factor of 3.7 I almost dont mind check-calling here because he is going to bet so often when you check it to him.

Just my thoughts, hope they help.

Agree with x/c river. Villain will likely bet most full houses and some that he wouldn't call with. Really the river card is magical because you're now behind a J and AA only. By checking you might even induce counterfeited sets to bet.

Also agreed that AA will 3bet pre 80% of the time so it's unlikely he has that.
