If you do not understand how to beat 10NL, there is no feeling in the World that would make me move up to 100NL. You cannot expect to beat BETTER players on a feeling. Good luck with your goals and coaching, but if I were you I'd focus on the more pressing issue of why you cannot beat the micros first. One must learn to walk before they can fly.
The very fact that your chart represents mainly losses is proof that you should look at fixing those leaks in your game that are causing the bleeding.
