So I was wondering, what do you think about flat calling with AK against a LAG player, let's say 3bet percentage is around 6. Because I end up in a tough spot after calling, any feedback is welcomed.
More stats would be needed on villain than 3bet stat to evaluate the decision, but in general there's nothing wrong with folding AKo when UTG to an MP 3bet. A 6% 3bet isn't monstrous, and so long as villain is positionally aware (competent) and you're not a maniac yourself, his 3bet range is likely on the stronger side. Even if we widen his range to include some Ax and middle PPs, you still need to hit your hand to play it effectively in most cases. It's just the downfall of being OOP in this circumstance IMO. With this all said, when IP, I think you can certainly and comfortably flat or even sometimes raise (obviously villain specific).
