Is this tilt? What can I do to mitigate it?

Looks like it. I would review the hand(s) where you swing downwards and analyze the situation.

If it's tilt, take a break to calm your emotions.

If it's a cooler, acknowledge it's a cooler and on to the hand.

If it was a bad play, understand why and avoid doing it.

what i figured is that tilt comes from don't understand what is going on.

what's interesting is that you have 200k+ hands so you should know what's going on, if it is inside the game. the main goal is just to find what is "the thing" that is bothering you and making you go nuts, it could be one thing or an accumulation of little things, like physical pain, emotional pain.

once you figure it out then only by being aware that "that thing" is present you will walk away from the table or try to understand it.

I think you are a bit too aggro... There is no need to try and win every pot..

Although i think it is about 35.0% down to you posting a barg graph in BBV

Honestly, rapid, it looks like you're a god at the game of NLHE. Move up ASAP! Be aggressive, not only in your game, but in your shot taking.

Stop acting like a teenager and having emotions interfere with logical thinking.

yeah, I feel I crush the games when I'm playing fine, but then after I lose some hands, I start playing like a super ******. In the last part of the graph I played for 7 days like a ******, was running bad, then playing super bad, losing more, losing even more because I started playing poorly and then losing even more because of it.

So I don't know if I'm a bad player with some moments of good poker plays or if I'm decent but tilt like crazy.

I think the aggression is fine if well-timed, most regs play super passive and never fold, so vs them it becomes optimal to start flatting SCs vs their 3-bets IP. They always slowplay thinking I'll start going full potato.

The problem is when I do it.

And yeah, sometimes I couldn't stop myself of 3-betting/5-betting extreme garbage like that haha.

Now I at least pick decent hands, though it's hard not to 3-bet some opponents with anything lol

I think it's down to you playing like a maniac tbh. I could create a new account, play super aggro and print money for the first few weeks with a vertical redline. The trouble is we're not playing in a vaccuum. As soon as anyone aware starts to have stats and notes on you, you become super easy to play against. It may work at 2nl-10nl but I can guarantee you that any higher than that and you'll just get eaten alive, as you've proved time and time again. Just my 2c anyway.
