off the top of my head, we're getting 29:1 stack odds on his limp, so if the blinds are passive enough we can overlimp profitably. whether that's better than IOSraising would depend on the limper's postflop proclivities, and whether we know if he limp/calls or limp/folds preflop. i'd guess that if he limp/folds a fair bit, or limp/calls but is fit-or-fold postflop (folds to cbets like 66%+ or something) then ISOraising would be better?
all imho, i'm just guessing
