The stuff in the thread got so deep and so utterly involved that the participants (and mpethy, of course) decided to promote it to CotW status. Still one of the threads I haven't read properly through. If it hadn't happened, I would have volunteered to write on the subject myself.

The other subject you propose is at the same time too narrow and too wide, I think. It ties heavily into player reads, board texture, ranges and combination of pot equity + fold equity. Either it gets exhausted immediately or goes on forever. A few properly selected sample hands might make grand PAHWM threads instead.

How about one on getting the most out of 2+2?

It would be really good if someone wrote smth about how to defend against light 3-betting.
Ppl are starting to 3-bet u light even at NL10 Today I was 12tabling NL10 and the guy(a reg) was constantly 3-betting me light. Over smth like 500-1k hand sample he had 3-bet 8.5%. So COTW about this would be really really good.. If ppl start 3-betting light at NL25..pff wtf happends at NL50? I didn't see anyone who 3-bets that much even at NL25(haven't played it so much though..smth around 10k hands)

Didn't really look at these too much until now. Lot of these are really well done. If you're not already full I'd like to do one on mental game I think. Got most actual poker concepts covered and I think it's something a lot of people overlook and I could cover pretty well.

Maybe someone could do one on multi-tabling (especially 10+ tables). It might seem pretty self explanatory or unnecessary, but I think there are a couple of interesting things could be explored. For example, I find it very hard to play 12 tables without going into robot mode. I've heard of players playing like 20 tables (not tiled) yet still take notes DURING the session. I find this very difficult. I end up having to take post session notes instead and even then I get lazy and mostly don't do it.
