yes this is true but then you get the reputation priced in, any new site has to establish itself as being safe and secure. software i imagine wouldn't be too difficult to change and fairly simple/easy to improve.

that question gets asked every so often but nobody is going to suggest a good site in a forum full of regs, best approach is to do your own research.

I squat high bar, so joint pain squatting I have none, that could happen doing Low bar.

For bench and OHP im using wrist wraps and im feeling 100% fine
