5nl going well again. Still re-learning how to play a little, adjusting to the games etc. Hoping to move up to 10nl soonish should the BR allow it. Also playing a lot looser and aggressive, I guess leading to the positive side of all in variance. When you constantly get it in with the nuts (like I did when I was being a nit) it's extremely hard to run above EV. Now it's very different.
UTG calls 1 BB, fold, MP raises to 6 BB, Hero raises to 100 BB and is all-in, fold, CO calls 51.5 BB and is all-in, fold, fold, fold, UTG raises to 187.9 BB and is all-in, fold
Flop:(260.5 BB, 3 players) 4 9 T
Turn:(260.5 BB, 3 players) 2
River:(260.5 BB, 3 players) 6
Spoiler:
UTG shows A A (One Pair, Aces)
Main Pot [166.5 BB]: (Pre 39%, Flop 43%, Turn 48%)
Side Pot#1 [94 BB]: (Pre 50%, Flop 48%, Turn 50%)

was like 30vpps aways from my next bonus and just felt like playing some 50z for low variance plus I haven't play them in like 3 month.
had a few fun hands.
1. think my line is fine vs a reg and since we deeper, don't mind polarising my range vs his raising range. hencing 3b QQ+, AQ/AK/KQ type at some freq putting pressure on his 88-JJ seems good. I did end up tanking not suring what to do otr, esp after he tank flats flop, was almost sure he had 22/44, obv not thrilled when he jams, it's kinda of whatever.
2. vs a reg that just try to bluff catch with a meh pair vs me in 3bp and was wrong. screw up the sizing pretty bad, think I had two options. bomb the turn and river(like 80%, 80%) or just overbet turn and jam river. was gonna choose the first one then realize I had lack of NF and K high Flushes in my range vs utg,if turn was a Ts, it's much better for our range. then river just decided to go for it. just went auto bet 150% pot then realize I wasn't all in. he tanked ages and called with AA no spades. probably one of the worst combo to call.

Excuse my ignorance, but how come having the As makes it a bad combo to call with? Wouldn't it just mean that your range has zero nut flushes in it, meaning your more likely to be bluffing?
This spot comes up every now and then, and it's obviously amazing but I don't think I've ever considered how to play it optimumly... I mean it seems like an auto cbet (because I'd cbet most of my range here), but should I not be so hasty to bet when I'm crushing their ranges so hard?
UTG is a huge spewtard. BTN is a normal sort of player who I'd figure would fold a lot to the squeeze (if he has 22-TT/KT/KJ/QJ type stuff). Any big errors?

Pre Flop: ($0.15) Hero is BB with A 9
UTG raises to $0.30, 2 folds, BTN calls $0.30, 1 fold, Hero raises to $1.20, UTG calls $0.90, BTN calls $0.90
Flop: ($3.65) A A 6 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, BTN bets $1.90, Hero calls $1.90, UTG raises to $3.80, BTN calls $1.90, Hero calls $1.90
Turn: ($15.05) 3 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $2.89 all in, BTN calls $2.89, Hero calls $2.89
River: ($23.72) Q (3 players - 1 is all in)
Hero checks, BTN bets $7.20 all in, Hero calls $7.20
hand 1 fine, could check back but betting's also fine vs 2 players. i wouldn't 3bet pre though usually I think it's a great hand to just flat vs UTG.
hand 2, no offence, but i think it was badly played on every street. Squeeze pre bad, flop is arguably a fold to that action, with UTG raising and BTN calling at least one of them has to have you crushed. Same applies on turn. On the river, BTN has you sooooooo dead it's an insta fold, what are you hoping to beat? There are no missed draws so he's never bluffing, he never has worse Ax, so you are just walking into a coffin by calling that bet.
With only 20 minutes to go and only needing the Js to complete the card hunt challenge I 3 bet J6ss in the HJ vs an MP opener as a bluff. It was a risky play but the reg folded to my aggression, I took down the $2.25 pot and completed the challenge for an additional 10 smackers. Niiiiiiice.

Great story. I'd like to hear more of these stories.

Biggest grab I've seen from that lol. I've pulled a couple of $2.50s but nothing else.
Love seeing all the players overplaying to get the card hunt. I think nl10z could be more profitable than nl25z at certain times of the day coz of this as the nl2/nl5 pool dive in
His story was word for word a Tom troll. Well played.
If I'm wrong then Dog is Tom lol.
come to think of it, you're probably right. I don't think I've ever seen dog use a word like "smackers"... Unless his serious nature is only when in a downswing and dog has stopped being in a downswing :O ....
Did something weird happen today? There are so many fish and zero top regs. There's literally only one guy with a red tag and he's only at 2/12 of my tables.
