Im calling here, we know villain has a set and maybe but very rarely an A depending if he is a donk. We are 2/3 underdog but with the money in the pot already and the possibility lets say 5% then villain is spazing with an A its a positive EQ call

Thanks for your response. I did some amateur calculations last night and I believe I had about 40% chance to win and about 39% pot odds to call so I think it was a good call, maybe?

Yeah those calculations are done knowing his exact hand, so if you knew his exact hand at the time to call would be technicality wrong or break even anyway. But obviously we don't know his exact hand and the fact that he could have AK-AQ (55% our way) or two pair (50-50) some of the time (even as low as 5% of the time) makes the call correct.
