again make the 3bet bigger pre (0.18). The bet on flop is ok.. I don't like though the pot-sized bet on the Turn.. why you bet pot here? you don't want him to go away from the hand.. bet smaller (0.43) to make him call with all the draws .. as played I still call his shove on the turn as I think he can take this line with AK, KTs, KQ or sometime even with QdJd. Ofc he can also have TT or 55 sometime but if so.. I don't think he shoves turn so often..

Yes bigger 3b pre. The min-3b looks really strong. The rest plays itself. He could easily have AK/KQ on the turn, even something like ATdd/QTdd.

bet 0.18 preflop, bet half pot on flop, bet half pot turn. call shove.

Yeah, I think the only issue is the 3 bet size.
Maybe a smaller turn bet since you block the nut flush draw anyway. Nothing to set a bad price for, so you'd rather keep his weaker hands on the line.

At these stakes, it's okay to be laughably unbalanced in your sizing when you have a good hand.
You have AA, quit trying to milk him, make it big
If you think he'll call anway, no reason not to make it .50
