Check-raise flop is standard here so that you collect a c-bet when he missed. Donking here loses value from all of his missed hands (which he has a lot of). He'll cbet this flop nearly (if not exactly) 100% of the time.

As played, shove river. He can call with AJ, a peeled AK, other **** that doesn't believe you.

Its still a spot you should be shoving, hes just super lucky to catch a 2 outer on the river. If you had shoved all in on the river and he called with AK would you have posted this hand? No because its super standard as it would be here if he doesnt catch an A on the river but you got coolered. Better luck next time, you played the hand perfectly.
