I could be wrong but I feel like we have to fold here. The villain knows we are calling his aggression with a piece of the flop, and the turn and river only improve most those pieces we might have. So, I highly doubt this is a bluff.

Resteal is low. Resteal from BB vs SB is really low. Triple barell is really low (1/6). There's no reason to think he's just decided to go skeeters with air, turn QQ into a bluff or go nits with KJ. Pretty clear fold I think.
