But what happens with his check back call range of weak kings, tens, AXs with showdown.
Other words, you need to be confident that he bets his mediocre hands on the turn and signals it with a small bet, while betting the turn will provide the same EV since the villain will either fold the turn or call turn fold river with his weak range, but likely raise turn with a significant portion of his strong range so you lose less against his strong range (assuming he doesn't flat his strong range over two streets which he should some % but less than flop).
Why go you think he bets his marginal hands on the turn?
