Is this a good spot to 4 bet bluff?
The stats are important

Both the CO and the SB are playing laggy
Does the 3B10 for the SB mean he is 3 betting 10% of hands? Anyway I thought he was 3 betting a decent bit

Me and the SB are over 200 BB deep so I went for a reasonable sized 4 bet.
I have a king so I block a good few of the hands that can shove or call
I have position on the SB if he calls

Is 4 betting occasionally profitable in this situation?
What do you think of the sizing?

[converted_hand][hand_history]Poker Stars, $0.05/$0.10 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 4 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite. View Hand #37650552

Hero (BB): $21.32 (213.2 bb)
CO: $10.13 (101.3 bb) VPIP: 27, PFR: 17, 3B: 10, AF: 0.0, Hands: 30
BTN: $20.43 (204.3 bb)
SB: $24.32 (243.2 bb) - VPIP: 32, PFR: 18, 3B: 10, AF: 1.3, Hands: 95

Preflop: Hero is BB with 3 K
CO raises to $0.30, BTN folds, SB raises to $1, Hero raises to $3,

Nothing wrong with 4 bet bluffing but bad sizing and try to use suited Aces so you block AA's and have good equity vs KK,QQ etc

What size do you recommend 200bb deep?

@Sizing:
At NL10 @200bb 28-30bb should be enough to make him fold his weaker hands as
1) you are IP vs SB so he can't defend wide
2) CO can't defend really because the SB is left to act

However your hand selection is very poor!
If you 4bet all hands better than K3o ... you know what I mean.

32/18/10 at 95 hands is not really much information but I think it's enough to establish a bluffing in this spot.
But I think bluffing something like AQs-ATs, KQs-KJs, AQo-AJo, KQo here should be enough.
If you would have more information next hands to add would be:
~ A9s-A2s, ATo, KJo, KTs

I wouldn't recommend adding more hands as a beginner.
But a good LAG would maybe (as hyper-exploit) add some small Kxs, QJs-54s stuff.

K3o however is probably -EV and not worth fighting for the pot.

The 10 percent 3 bet stat is meaningless in a 95 hand sample. It's unlikely that he's had 30 3bet opportunities in 95 hands so that 10% stat probably represents 1 or 2 3bets and he could have easily had premium hands. Based on this stat we can't even be reasonably sure he's 3betting wider than AA.

I'm not saying you can't re-bluff here as the population will probably 3 bet reasonably wide in this spot but we certainly can't assume that SB is 3 betting wide based on his stats.
