UTG is a multi tabling reg that from what I've seen plays anything from 20-100NL. I was contemplating 3betting him pre but I'd imagine he's not getting too out of line from UTG and so I don't want to put myself in any silly spots post/pre.
3bettor has been playing super stationy, just like ridiculously so. Cold called down a 3bet pre (OOP), and called a double barrel (two 3/4 pot bets) with KcTd on an A62ccc 2r brick runout against me about an orbit before (I showed down A8o or some raggy ace one pair hand). I can't remember the specific notes I had on him as it was form the other day, but according to PT4:
[P] Called 2Bet from blinds range {86s,54s,QTo,76o,54o} (5)
[P] Limp and called a raise {TT,97s,84s,J7o} (4)
[F] Donked paired flop without trips or better (1)
[F] Donks flop with top pair or better (3)
I don't think we can fold flop, but once we get to the turn it looks somewhat blergh? Even though he's been playing some crazy pokez, I think we still have to just give him credit here and fold given how passive he's been?
