Is there anything wrong with my 3bet size 9bb?
I find so many guys cold call my 3bets, no matter IP or OOP..
Should I adjust the size to 10-12bb?

hand 1, nothing worse is calling you in that situation on the river(although I'm shocked to see 78s lol

hand 2, you should just C-bet for value. C/Raising just isolates yourself with better hands.(worse is not falling for your "tricky" line) bet for value, fold to a raise. In blinds vs blind he will likely call a bit lighter as well so you can prob get 3 streets of value from his Jx range. The guy seems really tight as well so bet folding seems like a good plan

hand 3, I think it is better to c-bet more around half pot on the flop, and continue that trend to the river(getting stacks in by river) When he donks small like that, I don't mind the shove, but I would probably make it more like $11 planning to call a shove/shoving the river myself on blanks. I think you're getting your stack in here regardless due to him playing it so passively and you being at the top of your range( i may fold to a shove w JJ here, and get it in w QQ)

The only reason I dislike shoving is because you may fold out the part of his range you want to get value from (99-QQ, FD's), seems like you'll get more value making a smaller raise. shoving may just isolate yourself with better. Also, depending on player, if you raise his donk, you may have to fold to a shove, but here prob near almost always getting it in because you only lose to slow played AA and sets.
Oh, and shoving also prices his FD out, and you want to be getting value from that part of his range as well(unless he is so sticky that he will call w terrible odds on a FD, which seems unlikely, but possible, in that case, shoving is brilliant)

also in general, you can make your 3-bet slightly smaller than pot while in position and then make it pot or half a bb less than pot OOP with the top of your range(AA-QQ)

Stop overvaluing your pocket pairs. A single pair is almost never ever good for three streets or value.

Hand 1 fold river.
Hand 2, just cbet.
Hand 3, the turn shove is really not good. I think his range is full of Tx and even for fishy guys its hard to call with worse.
