I fold pre. but villain most likely has a set.. either flopped it and slow played or turned a set of 10's (small chance, but would make sense given his line). against almost all players im getting it in here, but against this guy.. i dont know - i can't imagine we have him beat unless he lost his mind.

He actually had a set of 9s.

hmm, well its not easy to open 9-10s, make two pair and then fold on such a dry board - but at the same time you have to wonder what could such a nitty player have on this dry board that you beat? but again, I would have never opened in the first place.

Fold pre without good reason to open. Bet/fold turn vs nit. Yes its exploitable but no the nit isnt exploiting you.

Against this player I would fold to his turn raise. Its tough to do on such a dry board but the only thing a nit raises you with here beats you.
