I don't like making this call until more info is known on villian. Some 46/12 will only have overpairs and 2p+ in which case you are behind. It depends on player pool.
Agreed with poster above me- not a fan of the call without more knowledge. Check raises at these stakes are rarely bluffs, and even when they are, they are semi bluffs with decent combo draws where you will at best be a slight favorite. That's not a situation I normally want to put my whole stack in given A) Relatively small size of the pot, and B)Relative lack of information on villain.
Fold and wait for a better spot.
Also I like the size of the pre-flop raise given how many hands villain plays and the likelihood that he will see a flop no matter how big you pop him.
