When villain reraises the flop I put him on a set or a flush draw. If it was a standard 3x then I would say he has a set and fold. But he only raises 2x which I see as a weird bet size and decide he is a weaker player and thus playing worse hands than sets. So I don't narrow his range much and include flush draws and some top pair hands.
I check the turn for pot control because I am worried he has hit a set, but call his reraise because of the weird bet size and I'm not ready to give up top pair just yet.

I think I should have bet 2/3 pot on the river because even if he has a set then I now have him crushed. I might get called by top pair hands. The only thing that beats me here is KQ for the straight which is a tiny pair of his range.
Should I bet the river for value? (I think this an obvious yes)
If I bet the river and villain comes over the top, should I call or even shove? I'm not sure because it might mean he has the straight, but he could also just be spazzing out since we have already seen his weird reraise size on the flop.
