Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

CO: $8.42 (VPIP: 37.50, PFR: 25.00, 3Bet Preflop: 20.00, Hands: 8)
BTN: $20.36 (VPIP: 22.89, PFR: 17.47, 3Bet Preflop: 4.92, Hands: 172)
Hero (SB): $15.40
BB: $9.18 (VPIP: 15.91, PFR: 2.27, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 45)

Hero posts SB $0.05, BB posts BB $0.10

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.15) Hero has A J

CO raises to $0.35, fold, Hero raises to $1.15, fold, CO calls $0.80

Flop: ($2.40, 2 players) Q J 2
Hero checks, CO checks

Turn: ($2.40, 2 players) A
Hero bets $1.40, CO calls $1.40

River: ($5.20, 2 players) T
Hero checks, CO bets $5.87, fold

I don't really tend to have a SB flatting range, and I think 3betting will outperform flatting here with rake being high. My sizing on turn is a bit smaller since it's a 3b pot, and on river we have one of the worst possible cards. I decided to fold since I have some better hands in the spot to call with since I think I block one of the possible bluffs he could have here, JTs. I also block KJ, which he may not have a full 16 of in his 3b defense. I think that I should be calling with some AQ, QQ, AA, since those block the most likely Kx, KQ and AK. Looking back at this hand, I've learned that I think I need to be checking most if not all of my Kx to balance for the spots I have two pair/sets.

Betting flop seems god awful to me, CO 3bet defense is going to have a lot of Qx in it. I'm targeting such a thin amount of draws OTF if I bet, and I open myself up to getting owned by raises. I gotta disagree there.

I agree with preflop, flop and turn.

OTR I think that you could make a thin value bet for extract value of some hands like QJ,QT,AK,AT,JT (two pairs more weaks).
Obs: V seems to be a fish because the initial stack.

Interesting point, I hadn't thought of value betting thinly. I think that makes sense, I would also be betting a small sizing with my Kx, and I can bet/fold my two pair combos and jam or w/e with my Kx. I like that line.

Thanks
