That's exactly what I was thinking about as well. But I think we would need a bit more information to consider calling:
a. Does he indeed bet all his draws on the flop
b. Does he valueshove "light" here and if so how light (ie, is AK a shove? (and not a 4b pre) is QJ a shove?)
If a is true and b is not true (he only shoves flushes for value) then this could be a call because all his valueshoves should have bet the flop.
If both are true then calling becomes dangerous because his valuerange can contain a ton more combinations.
If a is not true calling is dangerous either way.
