Alright so this hand played out today, as you can see the 3 bettor is a NIT so overpairs are a big part of his range my only worry was how to get the money in. It turned out ok but I am interested is raising the flop better play here?

Raising flop is best since it is unlikely they have a set and you therefore have better equity vs their range. In general if I know someone is a huge nit I will raise my 2pair+ on flop

JJ+ will probably call your flop raise. I'd get the money in on the flop vs nit. Although I'm not sure I'd call the 3bet preflop vs that NIT. But sample is small.

Your play is fine.

1. Versus nits, sometimes you get extra more value by raising the turn. Some nits are really tight and will fold the flop or will call then fold to a turn bet.

2. If you raise all your sets and two pairs on the flop, then it caps your range when you don't raise the flop. Smart opponents may pick up on this.

24 hands is probably not enough to call someone a nit.

If they really were a nit, I'd have strongly considered folding to the 3 bet.

Post flop the line is fine. Mild temptation to raise the flop, but you want AK to barrel, and its actually easier to get the raise called on a nothing turn card because your semi bluffs would have one fewer street of outs for villain to worry about.

Villain himself has straight outs in his range, so I don't like flatting again.

Both plays are fine, raising flop or calling, no big difference, you have a huge positional advantage.
If you feel uncomfortable about your turn+river skills, raise flop, if you are endboss, call flop to play some later streets poker

Fold pre on his 3bet. Calling flop is fine as played.

I don't really agree with the fold pre here. If there is a hand you want to play in position vs a 3bet, it should be something like a suited connector. The hands you should be folding are at the non suited ones like 9To and perhaps even stronger ones like QTo.

Calling this preflop is fine in position. Without more history on villain cbet stats hard to really be unhappy with post flop play
