50nl flop top and bottom and get raised...now what?

BB is monster fish, really wanted action from them this hand...
Button is 22/10 over 65 hands, not as fishy as the BB but not good obv.
I have no idea what to do after the flop raise, would think AK would be three betting, so if not AK what can i really beat besides combo draws, flush draws?
Also is a 22/10 normally raising the flop with a combo draw?
