Spoilers are my analysis. Please feel free to read the HH clean and then tear my process to shreds.

HERO $9.80 J T (BTN) / V (BB) $12.34

Hero bets $0.30, V calls

Opening is a little loose, but I'm stealing blinds or at worst playing a flop with a decent hand, though as always I assume BB has a wide range since he's getting a decent price.


FLOP: $0.62 pot
A 2 J

V checks, Hero bets $0.30, V calls

Spoiler:
I have second pair against a wide BB range and he checks. I am assuming he would probably Cbet if he hit this flop, but checking could be a sign of strength, without stats (maybe a dozen hands with this player, nothing worth while) I play it safe and bet half pot. Smooth call doesn't pin his range down too much


TURN: $1.19 pot

At this point I'm thinking he doesn't have much. I check at this point because I don't think I'm getting called by worse. He could have a straight, a set, a draw, or air. I really feel it's open at this point

Well hot damn. At this point the odds of him having AA is slim. He did not play this hand like it's AA. Now at this point I'm good but I'm not sure how much I am eek out of him. Does he have a good enough hand to stack off with?

If he beats me, can we agree it'd just be a bad beat and not something I could avoid right?
