I did a video at 50nl for fun a while ago and we played a hand where you got in KQo vs me BvB (I scrapped that video for what it's worth). Out of curiousity, what were you thinking during that hand?

I disappear for a while, but I'm glad I came back to read this. Solid work, Nino. If I come up with a question, I'll post it later.

yeah i remember that hand, i wont out the sn but i felt that you might have been light in the hand. I obviously completely misread the situation as you had AA but i also know that your only calling my 100bb shove with AA and KK based on how nitty i am so there is some room for you to fold AK or QQ if you felt so inclined. There might have been some other things with table dynamics but the hand was a long time ago that obviously i dont recall what they were

NH tho sir

my 100pl sample this month is 4858 hands, +$1316 at 13.55bb/100

which is obviously sustainable

biggest key is obviously running well but it also has a lot to do with good table selection

Graph - standard day at the office for me

Hand - sorry to talk strat but is there not merit to betting more esp on the turn to charge draws/weaker trips that are not going to raise anywhere? Obv AJ, JJ and prob AK will raise itself somewhere but A9, AT etc prob wont, but its not folding either

If you're still answering questions...maybe you could give a little info on your table selecting process?

Do you always play the same number, or just take as many as you can find profitable at the moment? And what do you consider profitable? Are you looking for general plr/flop percentages, or you go looking deeper for players you have notes and fish tags on?

I start a lot of my own tables but if for some reason there arent enough of the table type that i like to start available then i will usually do it by average pot size. I find that avg pot is a good indicator of how good the general table is. I will also utilize Tablescan Turbo and then i will use the color coding i do in the lobby to do a quick scan of the tables.

I pretty much as a standard play 12 tables. I like my tables to be pretty big as it allows me to follow action more so until i buy bigger monitors then i wont be playing 16 regularly but once i purchase my 30' monitors 16 tables here we come

I normally force myself to log off if i get that tilting feeling. Ive played for long enough that i get that feeling when im starting to play my C game so i will log off for 30 minutes, chill out and then load up a new session. It doesnt take long to rid myself of the monkey tilt, plus i can convince myself its a new session and therefore i dont bring it back to the tables

If he had a draw it likely was made on the turn so i bet an amount that was just over half pot to give him plenty of room to raise if he wanted to. If he has a weaker A i also dont want him going anywhere and will still be able to get three streets.

If he has a royal flush then it doesnt matter what i bet

Is 50pl softer than 100pl or do i suck at table selecting? By softer, I mean relative to the nl tables for that level.
