if the villain is only raising 3% of his hands you've probably got to assume it's a high pair or AK, or worst case scenario AK spades. as that is the only likely hand you're losing to i would r/r the turn to leave half your stack ready to push any non-spade river. (he doesn't seem too concerned by the third spade so i'd say he has either the a or k, maybe q.)

his constant min-raises drive me nuts!!

I went ahead and shoved when he min raised. He had AT spades.

Is this spewy or just unlucky?

just unlucky i guess. doesn't matter how you play that flop, he's never dropping his hand. could you have got away from yours? probably.

at least you now know when you see this villain again that his min-bets are quite strong, until he proves otherwise.
