Telegraphing sets

This seems to happening a lot lately, it might be that i'm studying a hell of a lot more than playing at the moment so a few instances make a bigger portion than normal. So is there anything I could do to get more value here?
I think its close to a pristine set mining opportunity, no point 3b pre as it'd be a bluff and V's range is strong so fold equity is low, conversely implied odds seem high. Folding is terrible.
Flop
I think c/c is best, a c/r gives away that i'm very strong. V's CB is good for us as it strengthens his range with his lowish FCB%.
Turn I'm actually convinced at this point its on for a big pot, the Turn CB plus the fact that some Ax hands now have a draw convinces me a c/r is being paid off. So I put in a fairly decent raise.
So like I say this is happening more often than I remember. Am I telegraphing my hand here, is it too obvious?
How could I disguise better.
