Just call.
Only hand that beats you is a T.
It's just as likely that he hit his A or two pair on the river.

Bet 0.30 on the river, give yourself a nice and easy call when he shoves.

If stacks were deeper I'd probably check the turn and seriously consider folding the river against a large bet.
I think the A is a good card for you though, it's a good card for villain to bluff on, since your hand doesn't look like an A.

I'd make it 8 or 10c preflop. You've got a great hand but you don't want it to be played multi-way out of position. Don't worry about everyone folding. That'll happen sometimes of course but there's a sweet spot with your pre-flop raising which you can experiment with yourself.

As played. Bet the pot on every street (which will have him all in by the turn since he's short-stacked). You've flopped a monster. It's not the nuts but there's a ton of stuff that he could have that'll call your bets. Your hand is vunerable to being outdrawn as well. Hence all the more reason to shovel money in there while it's still likely to be the best hand.

Bigger on flop and turn makes river a non-decision, he can call with plenty on both streets.

Dont think Im folding now but youve given hom every opportunity to go for the straight.
