I've only played with him for three hands but every hand he is raising out of position, what do you do here?

In Poker Tracker there's an option to leave it out altogether. Not sure about Holdem Manager. If it doesn't you can also just remove the spoiler from the final output.

I like the raise size from utg. 3 hands is such a nothing sample that I'd go with the default that an over bet donk is strength.

Possibly tpgk, straight + flush draw with overs and sets. Maybe assuming V drops some top pairs to your flop 2bet. His 3bet shove range would likely still include some tp, combo draws as well as the dreaded set.

Very close to 2.8/1 on a call. Are you ahead 26% of the time?

Your potentially ahead here to so many draws, plus jj and few top pairs that not calling would be bad.
