So long as you don't keep more money than you're willing to lose or not see for a long time, what's the harm? UIGEA goes after the companies/payment processors. Not the individuals. If they went after every american who played poker online, they would spend a ton of time and money on prosecuting that many people. Not really feasible imo. Besides, they get way more money going for the companies/payment processors than the individuals.

is it really the same player pool for all the merge skins? i just made an rpm account in hopes on depositing n grindin up a roll from 10 nl and wen i logged in theres only like 8 10nl tables....not even enough to start grinding lol...they better add more tables otherswise once more regs start comin to merge its gna be the same 9 regs all 10 tabling against eachother!

also hem work on rpm or merge in general?

Dunno about HEM but PT3 works just fine.

might as well, i just started up on pokernordica.com (just another random skin on merge) will be playing NL50FR as well as other levels since there are no tables just so I can run more then 8 tables at a time.

I think im gonna be depositing in carbon poker, cant wait to have to play 10nl to be able to win because so many of the displaced 100nl pros will be playing lower as to not get alot of their roll confiscated
