we've all been there man. That's what stop-losses are for. You should set one for just below however many buy-ins down you can go before you starting going on tilt.

The funny part is You played those hands very good against fish or a crazy aggrotard.

Keep up the good work and don't worry about short term results. The worst thing You can do is play too long on tilt. Try to always play on Your A game not B,C or D.
Try to play max 2 tables to learn the game or play 1 zoom table. Think about ranges , try to guess what they have. Take Your time.

You should spend Your time on micros to learn:
        A. the game (strategy ,odds, different lines , solid preflop game)
        B. tilt management (very important)
        C. Bankroll management (if You're going broke on 2nl know that Your doing something very very bad)

I think your mentality is the most important thing to win in poker. It's hard to win big but is very easy to loose very big when You are on tilt.

Everytime just review those hands after. When HManager says You had more EQ than Your opponent You have to be proud of Yourself. Those stakes we are playing are pennies so every bad beat can make You stronger when it will come to bigger money.

Just hang in there don't be fancy, play tight vs fish and pound on them with good hands.

We know how You feel cos everyone here has those days or even weeks , months.
