Always confused on wtd w/ strong hands on monotone flops. My thoughts were that I should bet big as someone likely has a strong fd here and they wouldnt fold to any size. I think the flop is ok (though i could be wrong) but the turn is a mistake as many people will fold the Kd facing this bet. Any opinions?

I think anything but putting CO all-in is a mistake.

Well played, good sizing. You can't check here, giving a free card would be a disaster. If they fold the Kd it's never a bad thing, that's like 20% equity you've just folded out.
