So i had seen this guy iver bet bluff a smaller pot flwith a pot aize bet on the river with a blocker and he 3 bet me the hand before that i played eith him. The min 3 bet at these stakes is something that confuses me. Lately its meant im way behind and villan is just trying to build the pot without getting me to fold. How do you take a min 3 bet IP at these stakes? I thought about four betting him
But i just figured it wasnt a good idea with AJ

On the flop its so wet i probably shouldve check raised him with such a low wet board that diesnt hit his range. Anyway eith two overs and a gut shot i called.

On the turn i hit a good card and i figured we were chopping considering the three bet pre flop unless he was free rolling me with a flush draw. And i figured how many hamds are in his 3 bet range with a 6? Not many i eiuld think. So i valled the river jam because i figured he would be doing it with an ace way more often than he could a six. Considering i beat all overpairs and the flush draw bricked i figured this was one of the better hands i could have here raising utg+1 preflop.
Dude ended up having 6 10 of hearts...

To break even you need to be ahead almost 48% of the time, more considering the rake. But also your calling hoping to chop, that means effectively your putting your stack on the line to win 47c. I'm fairly certain the rake will take as much. Just fold and move on.

I think the call was a rush of blood. Don't get me wrong there's some maniac types that do this all the time that this would be an easy call against. And I love those guys. But considering the reward the risk is too high.

yeah, we players hate this kind of hands and pretty much know what the right move is but sometimes is kinda hard lol
