Call imo, i don't think you're getting much value from many hands that you beat, except maybe a worse Q.

call only i think b/c kq and qj are very likely here, and 44 or 55 have you crushed. you're only scooping value from a weaker queen (unlikely). and if you raise/call all-in what are you beating here other than a bluff? and this guy doesn't seem likely to pull off a c/r river bluff here. the only reasons i can see where value mite be in raising river are a) you're image is such that you can get a call from a J or b) this player is stationy on river to extremes.

As others have said, call here. Nothing you beat is calling a raise, and SB's bet on the turn really looks like a set hoping to push out a draw.
