Literally didn't know what to do on this turn spot. Couldn't assign villain a range that takes this line, thought all flush draws or FHs (if villain has them) would continue betting, as would all Asx bluffs since they have no SDV when called. I wanted to bet for 'protection' but with about only 1 PSB left behind thought betting small does nothing as it doesn't protect me, shoving only gets called by better and if I bet inbetween and I get shoved on I am getting incredible odds to call but am probably always behind.
Can people assign some sort of x/r range here for their typical player pool?
Is what I did fine?

Id just check the turn as I don't think he really folds here after the small raise on the flop and a club/straight card coming on the turn

If villain was raising with a FD on the flop, I think he would continue on the turn to try and get it all in. If he had KK or AA, he'd have probably 4bet you pre.
Your cbet looked fairly week. That weak cbet could have gotten villain to x/r the flop with lower pairs than JJ.
I would B/F turn for around 23 BB.
If villain has a FD to go with a smaller pocket pair, I'd want to charge him for it.

B/f an overpair seems bad to me with this SPR. I personally don't buy that V is going for 2 x/raises and think he'll likely just fold to a turn bet, but it's certainly possible this guy does this with the flush. I think I'm checking and giving V a chance to spew OTR.

Having similar thoughts too. Seen villains check a lot of flush draws when it actually hits as they are worried people will fold, so think this could occur here. Don't think villain x/r TT-88 here too often, and if they are doing it with whatever bluff I'd expect to continue OTT.
