If cutoff is as nitty as you say, then that's even more incentive to re-raise him because his own raises tend to be weighted to bigger hands, making him more likely to call. Don't fear folding him out, the only way to make money from nits is pretty much to commit them to the pot as soon as possible, and you can really only do that by raising him early and often.

What's villain's likely range here given that he 3bets and flats the 4bet. If he's a bit then it's going to be really narrow. I'd weight it toward AK and QQ with JJ and AQs also being possible.

Not the best flop for you given that range but you still have to stack off at some point given your hand and the SPR. So really what it comes down to is how can you get value from AK? I think checking the flop is ok. If he doesn't shove then shove any turn (which ~8% of the time would be a 10 which would be gross).

I should add that there are more combos of AK (8) that villain can have then there are QQ and JJ combined (6)

Well given the combos outlined above that'll happen in this exact scenario ~40% of the time. Given all the dead money in the pot though it's still a +EV spot. I think you played it well.
