I've never played with villain before. Our only interactions have been him successfully defending 2 blind steals from me earlier on in the session (1 3bet, 1 call and float).

At the time of this hand I'm running 8/8.2.0 after 51 hands on the table (of which he's been there for 36 so he possibly perceives me as a nit.)
He's 23/20/2.0 at the time of this hand

I kinda hate all 3 of my options in this spot but I think Shoving > Folding > Calling. However I'd be interested to hear other people's opinions

I'm putting villain on this range here:
TT-99,66,QJs,87s,AcKc,AcQc,KcQc,AcJc,KcJc,AcTc,JcTc,T c9c,9c8c

You're 26.97% against that range.
I'd fold.

For me, folding > shoving > calling. CO has raised with BB still to 'act', given his relative position, which strengthens his range.
