Villain running 38/21 over 70 hands with 12% 3bet.

Pre is pretty standard. But does the small sizing say anything?

On flop, villain would be continuing with most of his 3bet range. Is a raise here justified to try to get value from 99+ or hearts or would a raise be too thin as he would continue with most hands im dominated by like A10+.

After he checks turn, I am pretty certain that he doesn't have an ace and I have the best hand. Is a bet here justified? I figured check back for pot control and plan to call any river.

His river bet is confusing as IDK what he is trying to represent. 99+ would likely check as I pretty clearly have that beat. If not a check, def wouldn't pot it with a hand with that much equity. I don't think he has an strong ace due to turn check. And I don't know how many 8s would be in his 3bet range pre. 98s or 108s maybe but unlikely.

Pretty sure there's a separate one for 6 max.

Pretty sure I'm folding to this 3bet pre.
There's a very high chance BB has a better A or has us crushed with TT+

You should probably adjust your opening range a bit when someone like this is sitting behind you, to make your life easier.
Open a bit tighter so you can call / raise his wide 3bets.

There's just no need to put ourselves in these kind of though spots.

As played maybe we can call once on the flop, only if villain has a high cbet stat.
Wouldn't hate folding the flop either.

On the turn, if you figure he doesn't have an ace, you don't want to pot control, you want to get your money in.
You want to pot control when you're unsure if your hand is good or not.
In this case, pot control is good, but you're doing it for the wrong reason.
He could definitely be checking the turn with a better ace, not overvaluing his TP.

His river bet most likely means you're beat. Fold.
He could have pretty much anything, even a better ace.

Fold pre, don't put yourself into these though spots without sufficient information on the villain.

Don't like calling the 3B pre given the effective stack size.

As played, Flop is fine, Turn is fine. Fold river.

I don't like calling the 3B either - I know the sizing is small but I feel like hands like this are very difficult to play on the flop. I mean, what exactly are you hoping to hit here?
