Tight player according to 13 hands. Even using a rather open range for UTG I don't see how he doesn't have an over pair on the Flop & Turn as 2/3 pot seems to be value betting to me. Even if he's semi-bluffing until the river, a K fits in his range perfectly.
It is possible since I was new to the table it was just hammering at me thinking I was bluffing?
Does anyone think we are triple barrel bluffing in 10NL?
Does anyone balance in 10NL to open 56s UTG?

HE can have all sets on flop as well as AA, AKss, KQss, has few bluffs and you ahve no indication of loose play so no

I know v is utg but can't we raise him preflop? - easy fold if he 3bets, if he calls we get a better idea of his range at least

Since we called pre what about Raise flop, fold if he re-pops?

Yes, people open with hands like 56s utg in my experience, not sure how often they play back against aggression preflop though

I call flop, probably fold turn but this is definitely player dependant.

Against Aggro villains calling down isn;t that awful however against unknowns I think it's safe to say you are not going to be getting 3 barrelled with Air in this spot that often.
