its for a month right? I would set it at 30 packs spread out how you can. Going from not smoking to a pack a day is going to make you very sick, which isn't the point of the bet.

Once you smoke though, you never forget, and you will always experience cravings for the rest of your life.

TBH, I think just smoking an entire pack/day is going to be really difficult for you. I was a smoker for the past 6 years, but recently quit. There were plenty of stretches during these 6 years where smoking > 1 cigarette per hour would nauseate the **** out of me.

why not make a bet that your friend CANT quit smoking
it will be helpful if u lose. but ur a lock to win. i`d offer him 10-1 easy if hes a serious smoker, quitting is so fkkkkkkkkkking hard

I've actually thought about this b4...IMO if u had ur focus onw inning a bet, the addicition to winning a bet would overload the nicotine stimulus, thus the gambling addiction thrives
