Here are some Workplace Safety PSAs that ran in Canada a few years back. The campaign didn't last long. I guess they got a ton of complaints about them being too graphic. I thought they were great and definitively effective.

Amazing. Over-the-top PSAs, safety videos, and everything of that nature are pretty much my favorite things in the world.

If they are trying to be serious, why make the lady falling off the ladder crash through the glass case? A lady falling off a ladder may or not be funny, but a lady crashing through a glass case like that is always hilarious.

Same goes for the construction worker. If it's just a guy falling three stories to his death, it's not funny. But c'mon. You can't make him land on truck like that and expect me not to laugh.

I prefer to to ride away from work rather than walk. On the other hand, death is indeed stronger than pride.

I only made it halfway. That music is PUNISHMENT.

Song kind of rocks imo.
