Some 11 year old girl sings the most painful national anthem rendition ever.



The looks on people's faces in the crowd is great, the player at :36 says it all.

Also, the over/under on a normal national anthem is about 1:35, anything over 2:00 is considered pretty ridiculous, this one clocks in at 2:40.

This is what happens when parents, teachers, friends, etc tell you how special and talented you are every day of your life. Poor girl.

So basically the parents go to the USA and tell them "hey my girl can and will sing the anthem" and they just say "okay, no tests necessary - at least the parents say that she is able to"?

Did she sing some words wrong? I thought her voice was beautiful.

I was at this game. I commented on how awful it was, and my friends were like, "Dude, she's 11." I thought maybe it was just me. Glad I'm not crazy.

To each his own. In my opinion, she does NOT have a good singing voice; she couldn't hold a note consistently, and it shows even more through the painfully long notes she tried to hold.
