I didn't like where the video was clearly going and reading the comments I had to close it down after 4:00.

I don't know anything about raising monkeys but what happens in that video could possibly be standard. Monkeys are much stronger than humans on a pound for pound basis.

Sure, the mother's handling of the baby was cringe worthy but maybe their joints aren't built like ours. Plus, monkeys hang or their tails a lot.

That entire treatment could possibly be good for the kid in that it trains it for hardship in the animal world.

The mother grabbing it isn't the disturbing part. The other monkeys attack it in a later video and I guess the mother is bleeding from being raped all day. That's what I got from the YouTube comments.
