Bike Mania 5 is out, best one in a while. 20 levels, 1st run through got 20:21.

I'm on level 8 and I have 20:29 so far. Level 2 took me 9 and 1/2 minutes. I am on mega tilt from this game.

The series can be extremely infuriating. BM 1 and BM on Ice are my favorites.

gave up on level 19 after more than 2 hours. htf did you do that?

I guess I've just played a lot of motorcross flash games. I used to have Dirtbike 1 on my myspace page, with an open challenge of like $20 to anyone who could beat my time. I posted a bunch of them on the first page or two of this thread.

Playing through it again, taking notes as I go..

10 is the first level that has any significant level of difficulty imo. Long level with a couple tough climbs, and judging the landing on the last box, which is designed to **** you, is enraging.

11 and 12 very simple, no crashes. 13, one crash, gotta take it easy after landing that gap off the truck.

14, first obstacle is annoying, but fine after that. Same story with 15.

16, not bad. :46 to complete.

17, a couple difficult gaps, but made it first try. :25 to complete.

18, ****ing hard. There are 2 major spots designed to **** you. First one is a climbing trap that is pretty much impossible to get out of. Your back tire gets stuck and you spend 30+ seconds trying to get out of it. Just crash and move on. Second one is the tough tank gap. Take it slow, get set up on the lower shoulder of the first tank. Floor it while leaning back, then just let the gas take you up the opposite tank, no leaning back. This one took me 3:08, very frustrating.

19, lots of mildly difficult climbs makes for an annoying level. 2:01 to complete.

20, very annoying first obstacle, plane-tank gap is tough. Gotta have a lot of speed and lean way way back for the landing, again stop leaning and let the throttle take you up once you touch down. There's a tricky spot between that tank and the flatbed where you could easily get stuck, though I didn't. Also, don't clip the end of the flatbed, or you will be :[ Last level took 1:37.

Total this run - 19:35. Meh.

Got it done in a little less than an hour. For some reason I breezed through 19 and 20.

I find level 2 to be the most difficult of the first 13.
