At work, I interviewed one of the divers who on four occasions taken down to the so circumscribed circle at the bottom of the Baltic Sea. The article was read by many and also my blog about the same thing. The diver found no evidence that there was something created by humans but was on it was a geological formation, something I argued for a long time.
Speculation that it would be a "UFO" (Flying Saucer in people's eyes) seems therefore to be put aside.
