Chevron oil refinery on fire in Richmond, CA (toxic black cloud covering local area)
Happened around 6:15 pm pacific time. Highly toxic plume rising 4,000 ft into the air over Richmond. Crazy stuff:

I'm sure gas prices in CA will be lower so they can sell more and make profits quicker to recoup these losses.
