You guys do realize that putting the images in spoiler tags does absolutely nothing, right? Firefox still loads every gif on the page, and they don't play any better when the others are covered up. Either post them as normal or links imo.

It doesn't speed up the loading of the page, you are correct, but it improves performance of the browser be cause they aren't playing until you show it.

If your browser is somehow still playing them in the background...well, I guess that sucks to be you.
